Rescheduling & cancellations

What feels aligned for me right now is to FLOW with your scheduling needs. Life happens and we are not robots.

I do ask for payment upon booking, however if something comes up and you are not able to make your appointment time, do not fear! I will work with you to ensure you can redeem all sessions and packages purchased.

I typically do not offer refunds, unless on the extremely rare occasion that we meet and find that we are just misaligned and I am unable to conduct the session for you. Then of course, I will gladly refund your session purchase.
