Distance Reiki

Reiki can be sent across time and space. If we can fall in love over the internet these days, then of course we can transmit cosmic healing energy that way too.

Although most of my clients prefer to come in person, for some a virtual session is most comfortable and convenient. My own experience of distance healing has been just as powerful as in-person.

During a Distance Session, we will meet over  Zoom. We will begin by chatting about your intentions. Then, when I am ready to channel the Reiki, I will ask that you lay down in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.

The session unfolds much like an in-person session.

Reiki at the Healing Studio

When I signed the lease on the space that houses Mama Be Well, I signed it for us.

This is a space that I hope you’ll find just as sacred and serene as I do.

Here’s what you can expect when you come to the studio.

When you arrive at the studio, we’ll sit for few minutes and chat about your intentions for the session.

Then, when you’re ready, we’ll get you tucked in all comfy and cozy on the Reiki table (you will remain fully clothed, so I suggest wearing comfortable non-restrictive clothing that you can deeply relax in).

I will begin the Reiki session by guiding you through relaxing visualizations and breathing exercises before I begin transmitting the healing Reiki energy.

You will be on the table for 50-60 minutes. The session is 90 minutes total, so we have time after the Reiki treatment to discuss what came up for both of us during the session.

I write down any channeled messages I receive during your Reiki treatment. Many people find these pages of messages that I send them home with to be a very special part of their ongoing healing experience that lasts long after they leave my healing studio.

For Distance Reiki clients, I will send you a picture of my notes so you can enjoy them right away. I will also place the written copies in the mail so you can enjoy the energy of the papers themselves.  

Between the channeled messages and our discussions after the session, we will connect with the aligned next steps (aka After Care Plan) for you.

Every part of the treatment experience is infused with Reiki

When I am making up the bed before you arrive, I am setting intentions and channeling Reiki to the bed and sheets themselves. The space is prepared just for you, so that when you cross the threshold of the healing studio, you will feel a wave of warmth, love and safety. That’s Reiki.

In fact, even these words you are reading here are infused with Reiki. Do you feel it? As you book your session, I invite you to tune in. Do you feel a sudden flow of energy as you’re selecting your Reiki date and finalizing your appointment? The Reiki begins to work its magic as soon as you say yes to it.

The best kind of hug.

I love this image because it expresses exactly how Reiki feels to me…like the relief and comfort of a big hug from someone safe, someone who loves you deeply.

Reiki reminds you in a visceral way that Life loves you. You are a child of the Universe. The Energy that creates worlds created you too. And you are so held, so precious, so loved.

However, this human experience can create the illusion of separation. You feel cut off from that Source of Love.

Reiki reconnects you. Reiki helps you to remember. Reiki clears the human gunk that is blocking your access to the feeling of this big hug that the Universe is always giving you.

I am honored to be a channel for that re-connection. Seeing people reconnect with the sensation of that Loving Life Force is my favorite part of my work.
